Mike Todd

Mike is a Senior Property Consultant based in our Christchurch office.

Joining TPG in 2020, Mike has an extensive track record in property acquisition and disposal, and an expert in Public Works Act processes. Mike has facilitated the disposal of large tranches of surplus land from the Clyde Power project, government agencies, local authorities and tertiary education institutions.

In the acquisition sphere, Mike has completed projects for the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Roads of National Significance projects in Canterbury and school sites around the country for the Ministry of Education, as well as acquisition projects for corporate clients.
