Mark Heavey

Mark is Manager Operations and Clients Wellington, based at TPG’s Wellington office.

With over 20 years’ experience in commercial and infrastructural property consulting, Mark’s expertise encompass the management of large-scale property acquisition and disposal projects for private companies, Crown agencies, and Territorial Local Authorities. Mark’s background with TPG is broad, having led teams across a number of our workstreams including Housing, Transportation, Telecommunication and utility projects.

Mark has negotiated and acquired numerous property interests of all types, in both the public and private sectors. Clients include Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Kāinga Ora, Greater Wellington Regional Council Wellington City Council, and NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA).
