Marc Bretherton

Marc is a Principal Consultant based at TPG’s Wānaka office.

Before joining TPG, Marc worked eight years as General Manager, Wānaka for Winton Land, an NZX/ASX listed development company. In this role, Marc was responsible for delivering flagship community Northlake, Wānaka. Starting with a 108ha true greenfield site. Marc led a team that progressively and successfully developed what is now an established master planned mixed-use community of over 800 residential sections, housing at various densities (including duplexes and apartments), and a thriving commercial center comprising retail, professional offices, education and hospitality activities. 

Prior to this Marc was General Manager and a Director of South Island property company Infinity Investment Group with project and corporate roles across its South Island operations.  Marc has also held the position of General Manager of Planning and Development at Queenstown Lakes District Council and has undertaken various consulting roles with Price Waterhouse in the UK and in Ireland.
