Jenny Acker

Jenny is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Christchurch office.

Jenny joined TPG in 2018, after six years of legal experience in New Zealand and The Netherlands. Jenny has worked as a solicitor in NZ private practice and as a contracts manager and corporate counsel in the Netherlands.

In her role at TPG, Jenny has expertise in land status investigations, involving historical research, assessing statutory implications affecting land, and providing strategic property advice to a range of public and private clients.

Jenny also has experience in the acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act 1981, the alienation of land under the Land Act 1948, advisory under the Reserves Act 1977, procurement advisory, and lease negotiations.
