James Livsey

James is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Auckland office.

James has a broad skill set, with over a decade’s experience in the property sector, having worked across both public and private sectors in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Before joining TPG, James worked as a Development Manager at Fletcher Living in their apartments team, followed by a contract at Auckland Council in their Flood Recovery Office. James also spent time at Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities as a Development Manager, delivering several housing and apartment projects as part of their ambitious state housing programme, including developments in both Auckland and Whangārei.

James emigrated to New Zealand in 2018. Early on in his career, James gained experience in commercial and industrial property management where he was responsible for a large and varied portfolio across the UK, before moving to a National House Builder as a Development Manager, contributing to the delivery of a number of large-scale residential developments in the South East of England.
