Emma Baker

Emma is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Nelson office.

Emma graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Valuation and Property Management and has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry. She is passionate about property and land tenure, with a particular interest in Crown and Council property and Public Works Act acquisitions and disposals. She has experience working on a variety of acquisitions and disposals for Crown agencies, such as Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and the Ministry of Education.

Emma has a Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) accreditation for the disposal of land and has completed a number of disposals for Local Authorities and Crown Agencies.
