Charlotte Johnson

Charlotte is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Christchurch office. 

Charlotte has experience across corporate and public sectors as a professional advisor and has a proven ability to make commercially sound financial and operational decisions to manage performance.

Charlotte has experience across strategy, corporate and policy functions, management, and recognising and managing risk. She has developed strategies and frameworks for execution supported by financial tools. Charlotte has an adaptive and agile approach to her work and is able to deal with complex issues and different perspectives to find the best pathway forward for all parties.

Charlotte has considerable experience and engagement with the public housing sector, and through this, she was invited to become an Emerging Director for the Urban Development Institute of New Zealand.
