Brad McLeay

Brad is Senior Property Consultant - Development Manager, based at TPG’s Queenstown office.

A strong property professional, Brad has over 25 years’ experience in land development and the construction industry. Prior to joining TPG, Brad was Project Director at Daxgroup delivering development solutions for social housing in Christchurch. This followed a three year project in Uganda to design and build Wildwaters Lodge, an upmarket safari lodge on an island in the Nile.

Brads’ diverse background covers experience in land development, civil and building construction, consenting and land title, property acquisition and disposal, and project and development management.
