Bianca White

Bianca is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Christchurch office.

As a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of New Zealand with a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Melbourne’s Monash University in Australia, Bianca brings a breadth of technical knowledge and expert professionalism to her role.

Bianca has a decade of experience working in the legal and property sectors of Australia and New Zealand. She enjoys working for a range of clients but has a particular interest in providing property solutions for local territorial authorities, having spent considerable time working within the local government sector herself. Bianca looks forward to assisting her clients to solve complex property matters which require the practical application of the law.

Bianca has a lengthy volunteering history and is passionate about matters of social justice. She is also interested in the impacts of climate change from a strategic property perspective and has presented at a Local Authority Property Association (LAPA) regional meeting on this topic.
