Gore District Council District Plan Update

TPG has been engaged to run the process of updating the Gore District Council (GDC) District Plan – the rulebook that governs land use and development in the district. 

Working closely with GDC officers and elected officials, as well as external stakeholders such as Iwi, TPG will lead the drafting on large sections of the new plan and coordinating various other consultants required to input into the process.

TPG has also been engaged to run GDC’s resource consents function and other miscellaneous tasks, including applying for central government funding for horizontal infrastructure to support housing in the district.

This is an extremely exciting project for us to be involved in, especially for our growing Queenstown office which will be centrally involved in delivering this work.
